Classes are for all levels , intermediate and advanced
Infrared heated classes are 90° to 106° and non heated are room temperature.
Weekly classes start at 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and evenings at 6 PM
Weekends at start at 8 or 8:30 AM with no afternoon classes.
