What is Mindful Eating?

Mindful eating is paying attention to our food,  moment by moment, without judgment. 

The intention with mindful eating is to help us savor the moment and the food we eat, as to discover how to nourish, heal and thrive in all aspects of your life.


Integrative Nutrition 

means looking at not just about the food on your plate but also how you nourish yourself through other areas of your life, such as your relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality. 

 

Together you can learn to honor your body and trust its cues by understanding what drives eating patterns, allowing you to find greater joy and fulfillment in all areas of your life and guide others to do the same.

Follow up ZOOM calls

 $65 /hr
