I am a Licensed FL MT #MA95593 and Plant Integrative Nutrition Coach. 

What I offer is a blend of traditional massage therapy and modern technology to help you achieve the best results from your treatment. 

Techniques used in my treatments include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Technique (ART) and more.

I gained my experience working at many high end spas such as Woodhouse Spa NJ The Spa at the Emerald Grande Destin  as well as supporting sports chiropractors such as Kaiser Med, NJ, trainers and Pts's helping college athletes recover from their intense training and injuries. 

Each session is a full 60 or 90 minutes of treatment time to ensure that you receive the optimum in your treatment goals. 

You will find that each massage is catered to your specific needs and that we may pull many different styles from our "toolboxes" to ensure that your treatment is a cut above any other massage treatment you have ever received.

MASSAGE MODALITIES

 ( addressing many pain issues , tension headache, TMJ, frozen shoulder ,upper and lower back  chronic or on set pain , plantar fasciitis, and more )

Single or Packages of 4

 Lymphatic Drainage is recommended in packages of 4 sessions or more.

Massage starts at 11;30 after the room cool off from the morning yoga classes at 11, 11:30 am and ends by 5 pm one hour before the evening hot yoga classes or one hour before the sound bath on sundays. 

Sessions are by appointment only with a  12 hours in advance booking.  

During  sessions, the room is set exclusively for massage and we use a large screen to offer the client some extra privacy.  

Please note weekly changes in the massage schedule can happen when there's a space conflict with yoga events. 

A HANDS ON MASSAGE MASTER CLASS EXPERIENCE FOR COUPLES

Sundays 11:30 AM - 1 PM

A 2 hours workshop exploring all the massage professional secrets so you can learn to give back to your partner.  

Learn about how to massage by immersing yourself in an experienced local massage therapist world.

We'll begin with a short anatomy and safety lesson for about 20 minutes.

Also we will go over proper body mechanics and weigh shifting to
save energy, how to offer sustained pressure and avoid injuries, palpation techniques, massage strokes,  oils and creams.

Hands on is about 50 minutes each
Guest one will be the model first and receive the treatment, while I will explain and demo side by side the massage techniques to guest two, who will be watching, learning, and massaging afterwords. Then you will swap.

We will finish the workshop with some time for questions and conclusions.

I will provide table, sheets, therapy oils, creams, techniques . Learn what is a knot and how to find them. Learn also how to properly communicate with your partner during a massage to be effective and avoid fatigue.
